Streetscape Masterplan (Md.)

Streetscape masterplan for various municipalities that form a gateway entrance into Prince George’s Co. along the Route 1 corridor. Arel’s services provided the client a written manual and clear design guides on the revitalization character and building expression that would enhance this gateway. Arel completed over 250 merchant surveys with sketches, photos, and cost estimates.
