Arel’s mission is to provide superior, innovative leadership to all phases of design conception through construction and post-occupancy. Our approach benefits clients by offering them:

Team Arel
Arel values the people, communities and government entities it does business with…and our core value is to give back to them and the causes they support. We do this through our Team Arel, a diverse cycling team.
Our goal is to raise funds by cycling and showing support for various non-profit organizations and causes. We participate in a variety of events throughout the cycling season in and around the greater Washington, DC area. Among those organizations we support are:
- American Cancer Society
- Kids with Asthma
- Lions Club Leader Dog Program for the Blind
- Multiple Sclerosis Society
- Salisbury State University - Habitat for Humanity
