Ronald D. Lipford, AIA, NOMA
Mr. Lipford is the principal and CEO of Arel Architects and has over 25 years of architectural experience. Mr. Lipford manages the overall operation and growth of the firm. He is experienced in every aspect of practicing architecture including programming, design and technical coordination, construction documents and construction management. He consistently provides quality service, contributing to the firm’s solid growth and the high percentage of referrals and repeat clients. His background includes specialized experience and training in design for the elderly population.
Kathy Denise Dixon, AIA, NOMA, LEED AP, CDT, NCARB
Ms. Dixon is a licensed architect with more than 15 years of architectural experience. She has been involved in every stage of the construction process and has experience in educational, commercial, and government projects. Her responsibilities at Arel include managing, interpreting, organizing and executing assignments on multiple projects in her design group. Her background in urban planning, site planning, and community development gives her a broad sense of awareness for environmental and social concerns.
James Jordan, AIA
Mr. Jordan is an associate principal with Arel Architects. He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of architecture, including programming, design and technical coordination, construction document preparation and construction management. Prior to joining Arel, Mr. Jordan worked for many years for local governmental agencies and communities in Prince George’s County, gaining extensive experience in urban design and planning.
Dwayne Price
Mr. Price is an associate principal with Arel Architects and has over 22 years of architectural experience, with specialized knowledge in the design of churches and church-sponsored multipurpose facilities. Prior to joining Arel, he worked under the leadership of Architect Robert J. Nash, F.A.I.A., designing over 15 multi-family housing projects. Mr. Price has developed a reputation for providing quality and exceptional services while building solid working relationships, which contributes to a high percentage of referrals.
